Description

Delightful air fryer stuffed chicken breasts filled with creamy cheeses and fresh veggies, perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Turkey bacon (optional, for wrapping)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, feta cheese, fresh spinach, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese and vegetable mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast in turkey bacon, if desired.
  6. Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray.
  7. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
