- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Turkey bacon (optional, for wrapping)
- Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the cream cheese, feta cheese, fresh spinach, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese and vegetable mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast in turkey bacon, if desired.
- Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
