Instructions
- Mash the chickpeas in a bowl with a fork until mostly smooth.
- Add the diced apple, chopped pecans, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chickpea mixture on slices of your favorite bread to make a sandwich.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
