Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 2 medium apples (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface.
  4. Fill the crescents: Place a small spoonful of the apple mixture on the wider end of each triangle of dough.
  5. Roll the crescent dough around the filling, starting from the wide end.
  6. Bake the apple pie bites for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes

For best results, prepare the apple filling in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
