- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese together until combined.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through, and stuff the mixture inside.
- Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to enhance the flavors.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on the outside.
- Serve warm, and enjoy every comforting bite!
