Scale
  • 4 croissants, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  2. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in another bowl until well combined.
  4. Layer the torn croissant pieces in the greased baking dish and scatter the mixed berries on top.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the croissants and berries, followed by the egg mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.
  6. If you prefer, cover the dish and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors meld together.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the cozy goodness!
