Description

A warm and cheesy dish perfect for weeknight dinners, featuring tender chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy broccoli cheese filling.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop and add it to the cheese mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  5. Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli cheese mixture, generously filling the pockets.
  6. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
