- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop and add it to the cheese mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli cheese mixture, generously filling the pockets.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
