- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, chopped cabbage, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.
- Cook until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the skillet and cover until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
