Description

A warm and comforting one-pan meal combining taco seasoning with tender cabbage and savory ground beef.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, chopped cabbage, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.
  4. Cook until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the skillet and cover until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
