A cozy casserole combining creamy tortellini, tender broccoli, and gooey cheese for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 12 oz tortellini
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, adding the broccoli in the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the tortellini and broccoli mixture until well coated.
- Place half of the mixture in a greased baking dish and layer with half of the shredded cheese.
- Add the remaining tortellini mixture on top and top with the remaining cheese and parmesan.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Make ahead for convenience; store leftovers for up to 3 days.
