- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1–2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1–2 tablespoons taco seasoning or your preferred spice blend
- Olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden-brown.
- Season the chicken with taco seasoning, stirring well.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle cheese on one half.
- Add the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and press gently, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process with additional tortillas until all filling is used.
- Serve warm with salsa or sour cream if desired.
