Description

A comforting and quick recipe for cheesy ground chicken quesadillas, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 12 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 12 tablespoons taco seasoning or your preferred spice blend
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden-brown.
  2. Season the chicken with taco seasoning, stirring well.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle cheese on one half.
  4. Add the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and press gently, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Repeat the process with additional tortillas until all filling is used.
  7. Serve warm with salsa or sour cream if desired.
