- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, broccoli florets, and cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together heavy cream, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Add paprika if desired.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
