Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, broccoli florets, and cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together heavy cream, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Add paprika if desired.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
