- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add ginger and garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and bean sprouts, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Meanwhile, cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the pan with vegetables.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions for that lovely fresh taste.
