Description

Delightful holiday finger foods featuring pastries, meatballs, and creamy dips, perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)
  • 2 cups of cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 package of mini sweet peppers
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • Assorted fresh herbs (like parsley and chives) for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the puff pastry sheets by rolling them out and cutting into squares. Place a spoonful of cheese and turkey bacon in the center of each square.
  3. Seal the bites by folding the corners of the pastry to the center and pressing them down with a fork.
  4. Bake the pastry bites for about 20 minutes, or until they are puffed and golden brown.
  5. Mix together ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to form the meatballs.
  6. Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 10-12 minutes, or simmer in marinara sauce.
  7. Slice the mini sweet peppers in half, remove seeds and fill them with softened cream cheese, then top with fresh herbs.
  8. Serve everything on a festive platter, garnished with herbs and warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
