- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pasta sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
- Crack in the egg and sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with heated pasta sauce and enjoy!
Notes
You can prepare the meatballs a day in advance and refrigerate them. They also freeze well for up to 3 months.
