Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pasta sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Crack in the egg and sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well blended.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with heated pasta sauce and enjoy!

Notes

You can prepare the meatballs a day in advance and refrigerate them. They also freeze well for up to 3 months.
