- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup brown gravy
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour, allowing the edges to brown lightly.
- Prepare the brown gravy according to package instructions while the meatloaf bakes.
- Rest the meatloaf for a few minutes before slicing and serving with gravy.
