A creamy and colorful pasta salad that combines the flavors of a classic club sandwich, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon
  • 2 cups Lettuce
  • 4 ounces Ham (lunch meat)
  • 4 ounces Turkey (lunch meat)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tri-color pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Prepare the add-ins: While the pasta cools, chop the turkey bacon, lettuce, ham, and turkey into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes if using those.
  3. Combine the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped turkey bacon, lettuce, ham, turkey, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes.
  4. Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the ranch seasoning until well incorporated.
  5. Toss it all together: Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
  6. Chill and serve: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
