Description

Delightful Cookies and Cream Cookies combining rich Oreo goodness with white chocolate chips, perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
