- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside, letting it cool slightly while you whip up the rest.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Let the butter bubble and become fragrant.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant and golden.
- Add the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the vibrant broccoli florets. Cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes. The colors in your pan will start to sing!
- Stir in the cooked pasta, along with lemon juice and zest. Toss everything together to combine and heat through, letting those flavors meld beautifully.
- Serve topped with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a handful of fresh parsley for a lovely, finishing touch.
