  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside, letting it cool slightly while you whip up the rest.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Let the butter bubble and become fragrant.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant and golden.
  4. Add the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Toss in the vibrant broccoli florets. Cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes. The colors in your pan will start to sing!
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta, along with lemon juice and zest. Toss everything together to combine and heat through, letting those flavors meld beautifully.
