- 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2–3 tbsp garlic butter or minced garlic
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley or Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- Optional: chili flakes, onions, bell peppers
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken with garlic butter or minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Stir until the chicken is well-coated.
- Add the mayonnaise (or cream cheese) and mix until creamy and smooth.
- Toss in the cheese, parsley or Italian seasoning, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until well incorporated.
- Take a large tortilla and spread a generous amount of the filling evenly across the surface, leaving space at the edges for rolling.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to create a secure wrap.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps on each side until golden brown and the cheese inside starts to melt, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
Make the filling in advance and store in the fridge for quick assembly later. Use lettuce leaves for a low-carb version.
