Description

Delightfully creamy and cheesy, these Cozy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are perfect for any occasion, especially busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 23 tbsp garlic butter or minced garlic
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley or Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Optional: chili flakes, onions, bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with garlic butter or minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Stir until the chicken is well-coated.
  2. Add the mayonnaise (or cream cheese) and mix until creamy and smooth.
  3. Toss in the cheese, parsley or Italian seasoning, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Take a large tortilla and spread a generous amount of the filling evenly across the surface, leaving space at the edges for rolling.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to create a secure wrap.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps on each side until golden brown and the cheese inside starts to melt, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Notes

Make the filling in advance and store in the fridge for quick assembly later. Use lettuce leaves for a low-carb version.
