- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

- 8 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions
- Sauté the onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.

- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked, then shred it with two forks.
- Add heavy cream and stir until chicken is coated, heating through for 2-3 minutes.
