- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan or Cheddar)
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder or minced garlic (optional)
- Onion powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up until fully cooked.
- Add the heavy cream (or Greek yogurt) and beef broth to the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine.
- Stir in the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat every noodle.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
