Description

A comforting, creamy pasta dish infused with lean ground beef, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice: penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan or Cheddar)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder or minced garlic (optional)
  • Onion powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up until fully cooked.
  3. Add the heavy cream (or Greek yogurt) and beef broth to the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine.
  4. Stir in the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat every noodle.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
