Description

A creamy bowl of Fettuccine Alfredo topped with crispy, golden chicken, perfect for cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated. Serve with sliced crispy chicken on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
