- 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated. Serve with sliced crispy chicken on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
