Description

A creamy, comforting Crock Pot Angel Chicken dish that’s perfect for cozy nights, featuring tender chicken simmered in a rich sauce over angel hair pasta.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 12 oz angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot, laying them flat so they soak up all that wonderful sauce.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Pour the luscious mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or until the chicken is tender and ready to be shredded.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions until it’s perfectly al dente.
  6. Once the chicken has cooked, shred it right in the crock pot with two forks.
  7. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked angel hair pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness, if desired.
