Description

A creamy, herbaceous cucumber dip that’s perfect for summer gatherings and snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cucumber slices (for serving)
  • Zucchini slices (for serving)
  • Chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Stir together until everything is well blended and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired; feel free to add a pinch more salt or extra dill if desired!
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh cucumber slices, fried zucchini, or crispy chips for dipping.
