- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cucumber slices (for serving)
- Zucchini slices (for serving)
- Chips (for serving)
Instructions
- Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir together until everything is well blended and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired; feel free to add a pinch more salt or extra dill if desired!
- Transfer to a serving bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with fresh cucumber slices, fried zucchini, or crispy chips for dipping.
