- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the egg yolks until they’re smooth, then mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, finely chopped dill pickles, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy and well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites, filling each half generously.
- Sprinkle with a dash of paprika for that lovely pop of color.
- Serve chilled, and watch them disappear!
