Description

A creamy twist on classic deviled eggs, these Dill Pickle Deviled Eggs are easy to prepare and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the egg yolks until they’re smooth, then mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, finely chopped dill pickles, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy and well combined.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites, filling each half generously.
  4. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika for that lovely pop of color.
  5. Serve chilled, and watch them disappear!
