Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 packet of fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, sliced bell pepper, and sliced onion in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the top.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Serve with warm tortillas, adding your favorite toppings.
