Instructions

- Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Serve with warm tortillas, adding your favorite toppings.
