These French Dip Sliders are warm, comforting, and perfect for gatherings, filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and melted cheese.

- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, caramelized
- 1 cup cheese (optional, preferably Provolone or Swiss)
- Au jus (for dipping)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef evenly over the buns.
- Top with the caramelized onions and cheese if desired.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until heated through and the tops are golden.
- Serve with au jus for dipping.
Notes
Make the caramelized onions a day in advance to save time. You can substitute roast beef with turkey or chicken.
