Description

These French Dip Sliders are warm, comforting, and perfect for gatherings, filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, caramelized
  • 1 cup cheese (optional, preferably Provolone or Swiss)
  • Au jus (for dipping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef evenly over the buns.
  4. Top with the caramelized onions and cheese if desired.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until heated through and the tops are golden.
  7. Serve with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Make the caramelized onions a day in advance to save time. You can substitute roast beef with turkey or chicken.
