A refreshing summer treat with crunchy cucumbers doused in tangy garlic and fragrant dill, perfect for picnics and BBQs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cucumbers, cut into spears
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp Dill, minced

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Wash and slice your cucumbers into spears to create delightful, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl (or ziplock bag), combine the cucumbers, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and minced dill. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Chill out: Cover the bowl or seal the ziplock bag and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Serve cold: Once chilled, serve the garlic dill cucumbers as a refreshing bite.

Notes

These can be made a day in advance. Substitute dill with tarragon or parsley if preferred.
