Description

A cozy summer treat featuring grilled corn slathered in garlic butter and topped with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot for perfect grilling.
  2. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined, creating a fragrant garlic butter.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the corn, ensuring each ear is covered.
  4. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately while it’s still warm.

Notes

Leftover grilled corn can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Slicing the corn off the cob makes it a perfect topping for salads or grain bowls.
