Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot for perfect grilling.
- Mix the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined, creating a fragrant garlic butter.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the corn, ensuring each ear is covered.
- Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately while it’s still warm.
Notes
Leftover grilled corn can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Slicing the corn off the cob makes it a perfect topping for salads or grain bowls.
