Description

A delightful recipe featuring tender, golden-brown cauliflower florets infused with garlic and topped with melted Parmesan cheese, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the florets are well coated in the oil and garlic.
  4. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
