Ingredients

- 1 lb Gnocchi (gluten-free if preferred)
- 12 oz marinara, store-bought or homemade
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup tahini
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the manufacturer’s instructions in a large pot of salted water.
- Drain and return the gnocchi to the same casserole or pot.
- Add the marinara, tahini, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper to the gnocchi.
- Warm the mixture over medium heat, gently stirring until everything is warmed through.
- Plate the gnocchi into bowls or plates and top with fresh parsley or extra nutritional yeast if desired.
Notes
Customize with veggies or proteins for added nutrition. Store sauce in fridge for up to three days.
