- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add cubed chicken and chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes) to the marinade, tossing to coat everything evenly.
- Allow marinating for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vibrant vegetables.
- Grill kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
