Description

A comforting ground beef and biscuit dish smothered in creamy mushroom sauce and topped with fluffy biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until browned and soft. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
