Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Add the broccoli florets to the grill in the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to prepare the sauce.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve the sliced chicken over the grilled broccoli and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
