- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground turkey or beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn. Let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the drained pasta with the meat and veggie mixture, ensuring well coated.
- Melt the shredded cheese on top, covering the skillet with a lid for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with cilantro and sour cream if desired.
