Description

Delicious and easy homemade Buffalo wings that are perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup hot sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until combined in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce mixture until fully coated.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  6. Serve with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a crispier result, pat the wings dry before mixing with sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
