Deliciously sticky Honey BBQ Chicken Wings that are crispy, sweet, and perfect for gatherings.

- 1 Kg Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 3/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Cut the chicken wings into drumettes and wingettes, discarding the tips if desired.
- Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper over the wings.
- Mix thoroughly to coat each wing evenly with the spices.
- Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
- Bake the wings in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Flip the wings and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Mix the BBQ sauce and honey in a bowl.
- Transfer the wings to a large mixing bowl and toss them in the honey BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the spice mix. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
