- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over the chicken breasts.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let the chicken rest before slicing and garnish with fresh parsley.
