Instructions
- Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, draining excess fat as necessary.
- Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and the onion is translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drizzle in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt. Stir well and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
