  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, draining excess fat as necessary.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and the onion is translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drizzle in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt. Stir well and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
