Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch dish with a layer of Oreo cookies, pressing them down gently to create a sturdy base.
- Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the cookies and smooth it out.
- Add another layer of Oreo cookies on top of the vanilla ice cream.
- Spread a layer of chocolate ice cream over the cookies, smoothing it out again.
- Finish with a final layer of Oreo cookies on top.
- Freeze the cake for at least 120-240 minutes or until set.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup if desired.
