Description

A nostalgic no-bake dessert that layers creamy vanilla and chocolate ice cream with crunchy Oreo cookies, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of Oreo cookies
  • 1 container of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 container of chocolate ice cream
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch dish with a layer of Oreo cookies, pressing them down gently to create a sturdy base.
  2. Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the cookies and smooth it out.
  3. Add another layer of Oreo cookies on top of the vanilla ice cream.
  4. Spread a layer of chocolate ice cream over the cookies, smoothing it out again.
  5. Finish with a final layer of Oreo cookies on top.
  6. Freeze the cake for at least 120-240 minutes or until set.
  7. Top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup if desired.
  8. Slice and enjoy this decadent treat with family and friends!
