Description

Delicious Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders packed with sausage, scrambled eggs, and Colby jack cheese drizzled with maple syrup, perfect for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound sausage (beef or turkey)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup Colby jack cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, crumbling it as it cooks.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Scramble them in the same skillet with the sausage until fully cooked and fluffy.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. Layer the bottom halves with the cooked sausage and scrambled eggs, followed by the slices of Colby jack cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls snugly over the fillings.
  6. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in the maple syrup. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the sliders.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
