- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the cucumbers thinly, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick, and place them in a bowl.
- Combine the white vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a separate bowl. Mix well and pour this mixture over the cucumbers.
- Allow the cucumbers to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the cucumber slices from the vinegar mixture and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the slices lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 1-2 hours, watching closely until they turn crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheets.
- Garnish with optional herbs and serve as a healthy chip alternative.
Notes
For best results, use a mandoline slicer for even thickness, and adjust baking time based on your preference for crunchiness.
