Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, letting them sauté for another minute.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it gently to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan and a garnish of fresh parsley.
Notes
