Description

A colorful and creamy mix of tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a cozy evening or easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
