Instructions
- Combine the sourdough starter, water, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the flour until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and soft.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 4-5 hours or until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a floured baking sheet, allowing it to rise for another 2-3 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Score the top of the loaf with a sharp knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the loaf cool fully before slicing it.
