Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a spoonful of blue cheese dressing over the tortilla.
  4. Add a layer of buffalo chicken, followed by shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  5. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  7. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
