- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined. Form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs and broccoli florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until thickened and glossy.
- Drizzle the sticky sauce over the meatballs and broccoli.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the broccoli is tender and crisp.

Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. Cheese can be added during the last baking minutes for an indulgent twist. Customize by swapping broccoli for other veggies.
