- 200g udon noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 200g protein of choice (chicken, beef, tofu)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add your choice of protein and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and mushrooms, stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the cooked udon noodles.
- Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the noodles. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
