Description

Ingredients

  • 2 poblano peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Tortilla chips
  • Homemade corn tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast the poblano peppers until beautifully charred. Peel and chop them after cooling.
  2. Cook the chicken breast in chicken broth (or water) until fully cooked, then shred it.
  3. Combine the chopped roasted peppers and shredded chicken in the pot.
  4. Melt the shredded cheese into the soup.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
