- Beef sausage
- Milk
- Flour
- Salt

- Butter
Instructions
- Cook tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute until it’s slightly bubbly and fragrant.
- Slowly add milk, whisking until thick. Add cooked sausage, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble eggs in a separate pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- To serve, layer crispy tater tots, scrambled eggs, and sausage gravy. Top with shredded cheese.
