Instructions

- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Cover and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes to create thick, bakery-style cookies.
- Scoop the dough into large balls and place them on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers remain soft.
